Pretoria Art museum

The Pretoria Art Museum was opened in 1964 and has a vast collection of more than 5000 works of mainly Southern African artists, including paintings, sculptures, graphics, textiles, photographic art and ceramics.
 
The museum also houses a small collection of valuable 17th century Dutch Paintings, part of the Michaelis collection.
